In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners and customers through our multiple banking delivery channels. Role Summary Responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise voice and unified communications platforms, ensuring high availability, regulatory compliance, and optimal performance across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise voice platforms (e.g., Cisco CUCM, Teams Direct Routing, SBCs) Ensure compliance with regulatory recording requirements (e.g., financial services mandates) Manage and optimise call routing, dial plans, and telephony integrations Support incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis Collaborate with security, network, and infrastructure teams on system hardening Lead or support migrations (e.g., CUCM to cloud/Teams transformations) Maintain documentation, architecture diagrams, and audit-ready artifacts Engage vendors and manage third-party service providers Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience in Cisco CUCM, Voice Gateways, and SIP protocols Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Direct Routing and SBC (e.g., AudioCodes) Understanding of network concepts (QoS, NAT, firewall traversal for voice/video) Experience with compliance recording solutions (e.g., NICE, Verint) Familiarity with enterprise ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management) Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Cisco certifications (CCNP Collaboration or equivalent) Experience in financial services or regulated industries Exposure to cloud voice (Azure, Webex, Zoom) Knowledge of automation/scripting for operational efficiency Strong stakeholder management Problem-solving mindset Attention to detail (especially for audit/compliance) Ability to work in high-pressure production environments Apply Now We offera competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of adynamic environment that supports your development and recognises yourachievements.
