Business Analyst - Kt

Key Responsibilities • As a Digital Business Analyst, you will work as a key project team member to support the ministry and collaborate with stakeholders, fellow project managers, solution architects, technical services consultants and vendors to deliver leading-edge digital solutions. You are a pro-active, self-motivated and resourceful team member with good tech/digital knowledge and possess strong influencing and people handling skills . You are also adept at balancing multiple projects concurrently while constantly looking for new ways to apply digital technologies to meet identified Agency and citizen/business needs. What will you be working on • Partner with the business teams to elicit citizen/business and agency’s needs through human-centric and visual methods • Apply design thinking / service design methodology and tools to identify current state gaps and challenges, and develop future state design and solutions • Evaluate and recommend suitable technology while aligning with GovTech’s technology directions (such as cloud-based, enterprise architecture and modernization of legacy systems, adoption of SG tech stack) • Work with fellow GovTechies and agency's teams to develop user stories, functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria • Ensure product readiness for smooth deployment, adoption and operations • Analyse impact of requested changes and propose improvements to continuously address changing business needs, and work with support team to understand and address technical problems (operations management) • Assist the team to identify new opportunities and problems to solve for the agency’s digital transformation • Build deep knowledge of agency’s business and operations and identify opportunities to support the transformation of agency’s business / operation What we are looking for • Minimum 5-7 years in technical business analysis roles • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices Core Technical Competencies • LLM Integration & Prompt Engineering: Experience in designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, etc.) within enterprise systems • Code Review & Quality Assurance: Proficiency in reviewing vendordelivered code across multiple programming languages with focus on security, performance, and maintainability standards • Proficiency in code review tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) and quality gates • System Log Analysis: Expertise in analysing application logs, system performance metrics, and troubleshooting technical issues using log management tools. • Experience with monitoring tools (ELK stack, Splunk, or similar) for log analysis.
