Project Executive

Coordinate operations between internal and external departments. Liaise with clients, designers, suppliers, sub-contractors and workers. Work closely with the client to identify client's needs and expectations. Monitor and inspect the progress of the project-on-site to ensure that the works are implemented based on good quality, finishes and standards, and that project is on schedule, and within budget. Oversee and manage a team of the site workers to ensure full customer satisfaction with the site activities being carried out. Requirements: Responsible for planning and supervision of all operational activities. Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all level of people. Mature with initiative to work independently. Diploma/ Degree holder in any discipline with more than 2 Year(s) of project management experience in industrial scope. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Arhitecture/Interior Design or equivalent. Required language(s): Mandarin, English - in order to liaise with Chinese specking associates.
