Assistant Director / Senior Assistant Director (Scholarship), Human Resources

You will be part of the scholarship team to manage the DSTA Scholarship programmes. • Proactively scan the landscape to ensure DSTA Scholarship programmes continue to be competitive. • Lead the reviews of scholarship progammes so that it continues to be attractive to scholarship candidates. • Engage scholars and provide meaningful touchpoints to strengthen their networks and engagement with DSTA and Defence Technology Community. • Plan and manage the scholarship budget to ensure sufficient funds for the scholarship programmes. • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource, Arts & Social Sciences, Communications Studies or equivalent • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written • Good analytical skills and is meticulous • Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
