Construction Site Supervisor

Construction worker , working at construction site, do the structural , timber work , erecting and breaking up scaffolding , ramp etc. with attention to safety. Unloading and carrying material at construction site . Requirements: Proven experience as construction worker . Experience in operating equipment like trench rammers , drills, pneumatic hammers. Knowledge of mixing and pouring constructin material ( concrete, sand, grout etc. ) Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods. Building Construction Supervisor Responsibilities: Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines. Monitoring construction processes, and providing training and team-building sessions as required. Job progress checks on work done by junior coworkers. Providing skills training on-site. Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times. Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections. Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff. Working closely with architects and other professionals. Staying up-to-date with safety codes and advancements in construction. Assisting with the recruitment and job allocation of new staff. Processing paperwork and travelling to multiple sites as required.
