T&T Senior Manager/Director - Technology Strategy & Transformation (FSI) - SG/PH

The role involves engaging directly with high-profile banking clients to define technology strategy, architecture, and operating models, often leading technology workstreams for large M&A programs or developing cloud transformation roadmaps. Responsibilities include leading opportunity management (RFI/RFP, solution design, budgeting) and delivery management (project management, P&L), while mentoring team members. Candidates must possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in technology strategy and transformation, ideally from consulting or an enterprise architecture role within leading Insurance Institutions. Demonstrated experience in banking technology strategy, including IT Strategy, Cloud strategy, or large transformation programs, along with deep understanding of the banking technology landscape, is required.
