Work you’ll do: In Southeast Asia, a major economic zone with a population nearing 700 million, Japanese companies have recently shown an increasing eagerness to invest in order to capitalize on its growth. Despite its cohesion as a vast economic region, Southeast Asia is characterized by the diversity of its countries, each possessing unique attributes. This complexity directly contributes to the intricate business challenges faced by Japanese firms entering the market. Due to the region's booming market and unique challenges, there is a rising demand for consulting services to support clients' mid-to-long-term strategies, and we are seeking individuals to help lead our strategy consulting business in Southeast Asia. The following are examples of key themes in our strategy formulation and implementation support projects for Japanese companies in Southeast Asia: Ø Southeast Asia Business Strategy ü Mid-term strategy design ü New Market Entry Concept design and Execution Support ü Market and customer trend research ü SDGs Strategy ü International Rule Formation Strategy Ø New business planning ü Product concept development ü New business model development ü Customer data analysis ü Marketing and sales strategy development support ü Distributor strategy support Ø Innovation strategy ü New business model development in preparation for disruption ü New business production ü Launch of innovation organizations Ø M&A and partnering strategies ü M&A and partnering planning ü Selection of acquisition targets and partners ü Synergy Planning As a Diector, you will demonstrate leadership within a mixed project team consisting of internal and external local members and JCS members, managing the entire project as a project director while leveraging personal strengths to take responsibility for project case and client business development.
