Associate/AVP-ISDA Documentation Negotiator-Singapore/Hong Kong

Lead the end-to-end negotiation and management of OTC derivatives documentation, primarily under the ISDA Master Agreement framework. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and counterparties to ensure documentation aligns with risk appetite and regulatory requirements. Requires 4-8 years of experience in ISDA documentation negotiation within financial services and strong technical knowledge of CSAs and UMR. A law degree is preferred, though substantive ISDA experience is considered an equivalent.
