Job Summary Support financial operations by preparing monthly closes, management accounts, and financial statements compliant with SFRS/IFRS. Collaborate with auditors and business units to ensure accurate reporting, internal controls, and timely audit completion. Responsibilities Prepare monthly financial close and management accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting Assist in preparing financial statements compliant with SFRS/IFRS standards for regulatory adherence Liaise with external auditors and reporting accountants to facilitate audit fieldwork and resolve queries promptly Prepare audit schedules and follow up on audit queries to support timely audit completion Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SPOs), internal controls, and reporting templates to enhance financial processes Collaborate with business units to ensure accurate revenue recognition and cost allocation aligned with accounting standards Conduct ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as requested by management to support decision-making Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or audit Basic knowledge of SFRS and financial reporting standards Prior exposure to audit or multi-entity environments preferred Proficient in Excel with the ability to manage detailed financial schedules Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines
