Job Summary Provide clinical supervision and manage a dental clinic by designing clinical and operational workflows. Lead a team of Oral Health Therapists (OHTs) and Dental Surgery Assistants (DSAs) in a modern, digitally equipped setting with strict infection control. Responsibilities Supervise clinical dental operations to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with infection control standards Manage daily operations of the dental clinic to maintain efficiency and effectiveness Design and implement clinical and operational workflows to optimize service delivery Lead and coordinate a team of well-trained Oral Health Therapists (OHTs) and Dental Surgery Assistants (DSAs) to achieve clinical goals Utilize digital records systems to maintain accurate and secure patient information Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols in a modern clinical environment Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in Public Service dental settings is an added advantage Proficiency in General Dentistry beyond SAP / CAP / EXO systems Other Information Work in a revamped modern setting with strict infection control and digital records Access to in-house and external training opportunities Enjoy employment stability and attractive benefits
