Job Summary Join Dental Werks as a Dental Surgery Assistant cum Receptionist to support dental professionals and manage administrative tasks, ensuring smooth clinic operations in a full-time role with a 5.5-day work week. Responsibilities Assist dentists during dental procedures by handing instruments, mixing materials, and managing the clinical environment to ensure efficient treatment delivery Sterilize and maintain dental equipment, instruments, and supplies to uphold infection control standards Greet patients warmly and manage appointment scheduling to optimize clinic workflow Handle patient inquiries and perform administrative tasks to support daily operations Maintain accurate and confidential patient records to ensure data integrity and privacy Support the dental team with various duties as needed to contribute to overall clinic effectiveness Preferred competencies and qualifications Previous experience as a Dental Surgery Assistant or in a similar healthcare support role to perform clinical and administrative tasks effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact clearly and empathetically with patients and team members Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate accurately with patients and staff Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of sterilization and infection control for patient safety Genuine interest in the dental industry and motivation to contribute to patient wellbeing
