Junior Designer

About the role We’re looking for a Junior Designer based in our Singapore studio who is ready to Work with Soul. In this role, you will work on the full spectrum of creative projects - from visual identity and packaging to campaigns, activations, brand guardianship, and more. Working closely with Senior Designers and Design Directors, you will ensure that the creative brief is challenged and that our solutions are insightful, confident, and inspirational. We don’t just design; we design for humanity. You will help us find relevant human insights and translate them into clear, single-minded ideas expressed with unique personality. We want you to push the boundaries of how ideas are expressed, ensuring every piece of work is crafted to perfection so that it truly moves people. About you You will already have worked in a similar role for around 0–2 years, with a range of brand design experience for clients in the region, and your portfolio will be full of inspiring examples of your work across multiple touchpoints. You’ll have a keen eye for detail and impeccable crafting skills, but equally important is your ability to champion soul-stirring concepts - using deep human insights to drive our work toward pure creative excellence. We are looking for a designer who can confidently express and present their ideas through words within the team and with our clients.
