Details of the Division and Team: Deutsche Bank’s Trade Finance and Lending (TF&L) business is a significant division within the Corporate Bank that specializes in providing comprehensive financial solutions to support trade activities, Working Capital management, corporate loans, Project Finance, Natural Resource Finance and Export Credit Agency (ECA) financing. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Loan and Trade Finance Distribution Team within the TF&L business at Deutsche Bank. As a member of this team, you will play a critical role in the distribution of loan and trade finance products to clients, ensuring the efficient execution of transactions and contributing to the growth of the business Your role as Distribution sales, will be to lead and support (in all aspects) the overall de-risking/hedging solutions for a select portfolio of TF&L transactions within the APAC region (incl. MEA) across TF&L products and existing and newly built distribution channels Proven long-term experience in sales of various products including but not limited to corporate loans, project finance, natural resource finance, ECA financing, documentary trade, guarantees, supply chain finance (account receivables & payables facilities) and other commercial Trade Finance transactions. Develop and maintain strong investor relationships with institutional investors, banks and financial institutions in region. Identify new business opportunities, optimize distribution strategies, and understand the funding programs and priorities of multilaterals. Responsible for working with the deal teams in structuring with collaboration and leading discussions with internal and external stakeholders. Provide pricing and liquidity guidance to product origination teams. Coordinate with the other regional Distribution teams. Review and monitor pitch-books, term sheets, presentations, pre-screeners, underwriting memo, reports, Info Pack and other deal related documentation that may be distributed to senior management and/or potential investors. Understanding of market trends, investor preferences, and competitive landscape in loan and trade finance distribution in APAC (incl. MEA) region. Create and maintain distribution of various reports internally and externally. Execute any de-risking strategy as per prevailing internal approvals, policies as well as acting in accordance with prevailing key operating documents and external regulations (with specific focus on non-financial risks, business conduct, anti-trust rules etc). Your skills and experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 12 years or more of experience in the banking / finance industry. Knowledge of the Trade Finance & Lending product suite, structures, and business proposition (with a strong focus on traditional trade flow products, receivables/payables financing techniques and supply chain finance). Understanding of alternative de-risking structures, including repackaging, portfolio de-risking, fintech’s ecosystem, alternative and institutional investors (including asset managers, funds, supranational and multilaterals). Understanding of the APAC (incl. MEA) markets and macro-economic environments along with experience in managing strong relationship with various investors in region. Excellent internal and external interpersonal and communications skills. Team player who is solution oriented, and willing to support junior team members in learning and development. Business travel is needed in this role. Strong IT skills with experienced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
