Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary Plan and execute offline and digital marketing activitiesto drive customer engagement and lead conversion. Coordinate event logisticsand support marketing campaigns using design tools and social media management to enhance brand presence. Responsibilities Plan and execute offline marketing activities including roadshows, corporate wellness events, and promotional booths to increase brand visibility and customer engagement Coordinate event logistics such as setup, manpower planning, and cross-departmental liaison with operations, customer service, and therapists to ensure smooth event execution Conduct cold outreach through door-to-door visits, street engagement, and lead generation to expand potential customer and corporate client base Follow up on leads generated from outreach and events to support customer conversion and sustained engagement Manage social media updates and execute simple online campaigns to boost digital presence and track engagement metrics Create and edit marketing materials, posters, and digital content using Canva or similar design tools to support promotional efforts Support the marketing team with ad hoc marketing and administrative tasks as assigned to maintain operational efficiency Required competencies and certifications Diploma in a related field (Must possess minimally a diploma in related field) At least 1 year of experience in a related field (Prefer to have at least 1 year of experience in the related field) Proficiency in PPC advertising, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and Qoo10 Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics to optimize marketing strategies Strong analytical skills to interpret data and apply insights for marketing improvements Ability to work independently with excellent time-management skills Familiarity with Adobe products such as Photoshop and Illustrator (Knowledge of Adobe products would be an added advantage) Knowledge of the Beauty & Wellness industry (Knowledge in Beauty & Wellness would be an added advantage) 职位描述 负责策划并执行线上及线下市场推广活动，以提升客户参与度及促进潜在客户转化。协调活动执行流程及相关后勤安排，并运用设计工具及社交媒体平台支援市场营销活动，提升品牌知名度与市场影响力。 策划并执行线下市场推广活动，包括路演（Roadshows）、企业健康活动（Corporate Wellness Events）及宣传展位（Promotional Booths）。 协调活动执行流程，包括现场布置、人员安排，以及与内部部门（如营运部、客服部及治疗师团队）沟通协调，确保活动顺利进行。 通过上门拜访、街头推广及潜在客户开发等方式，主动联系潜在客户及企业客户，拓展业务机会。 跟进通过外展活动及市场推广活动获取的潜在客户，促进客户转化及提升客户参与度。 协助数码营销工作，包括管理社交媒体内容更新、执行简单的线上营销活动，以及追踪互动成效。 使用 Canva 或其他设计工具制作及编辑简单的市场宣传材料、海报及数码内容。 协助市场营销团队完成其他临时安排的市场推广及行政工作。 任职要求 至少持有相关领域的大专文凭（Diploma）或同等学历。 具备至少 1 年相关工作经验者优先考虑。 关键技能 熟悉 PPC（按点击付费）广告、SEO/SEM（搜索引擎优化／搜索引擎营销）、Shopify、Shopee、Lazada、Qoo10 等电商平台，并全面了解各大社交媒体平台的运作。 熟悉各类社交媒体平台的运营方式、最佳实践及网站数据分析（WebsiteAnalytics）。 具备优秀的数据分析能力，并掌握最新的数码营销趋势及技术。 具备分析能力，能够独立完成工作。 拥有良好的时间管理能力。 熟悉 Adobe 系列设计软件（如 Photoshop、Illustrator 等）者优先。 具备美容与健康（Beauty& Wellness）行业相关知识者优先。
