Who We Are Founded in 2018, Dialogic Academy is Singapore's trusted partner for debate, public speaking, and communication skills education. We work with schools and students aged 9–18 to develop critical thinkers and confident communicators — through school programmes, private coaching, and competition preparation. We don't just teach students what to say. We teach them how to think. 🌐 https://dialogic.academy The Role We're looking for freelance instructors in one or more of the following disciplines: Debate — Structured argumentation, critical thinking in WSDC / BP formats Public Speaking — Building confidence, clarity, and presence as communicators Journalism — Teaching students to research, report, write, and think like journalists Drama — Using performance, voice, and storytelling to unlock creativity and self-expression Responsibilities Deliver Dialogic Academy's specially curated curriculum in schools during CCA/workshop sessions, to enhance students' skills in Debate, Public Speaking, Journalism, and Drama Apply coaching techniques to develop students’ critical thinking, communication, and performance abilities in school settings Required competencies and certifications MOE registration Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in Debate, Public Speaking, Journalism, or Drama Experience in coaching or facilitating programmes
