Sales Support Executive

Job Summary Support the outdoor Sales team by managing customer enquiries, preparing sales documents, coordinating order processing, and maintaining accurate sales records to help grow relationships with shipping customers. Responsibilities Support Sales Engineers daily by managing customer enquiries and coordinating sales-related activities to ensure smooth communication and service Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation to assist the sales process Follow up on customer requests and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient order processing Maintain and update customer records and sales information in the system to ensure data accuracy Respond promptly to customer enquiries while maintaining high service standards Schedule meetings, prepare sales reports, and assist with other administrative tasks to support the sales team Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team objectives
