You will work under the Product Lead to help improve our core platform by turning the product initiatives and roadmap into clear, actionable plans. The Product Manager is responsible for defining product problems, shaping solutions, and driving initiatives from concept to launch. This role ensures the product delivers meaningful value to customers while supporting business goals. You will work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful delivery and adoption of product features. The role requires strong problem-identifying and problem-solving skills, user understanding, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to balance business impact, user value, and technical constraints. You must be based in Singapore or open to relocating. What You’ll Do Core Responsibilities Identify and clearly define customer and business problems that the product should solve. Shape product direction by determining what should be built and why. Ensure product decisions are grounded in a deep understanding of users and market needs.
