Sr. Customer Success Manager, Global Accounts (APAC)

Lead strategic end-to-end customer success engagements for critical global accounts across the APAC region. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and a partner to operations leadership to ensure long-term partnerships and predictable execution. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related data center discipline and at least 7 years of customer-facing experience in infrastructure services. Candidates must demonstrate executive presence and the ability to manage complex global enterprise customers within matrix organizations.
