Field Support/Service Engineer

Field Support & Service Technician /Engineer Responsibilities: Provide Pre and after-sales maintenance support Carry out troubleshooting, basic repairs, rectification, and servicing of AV and IT hardware and software Manage preventive and comprehensive maintenance, setup, installation, and commissioning of AV systems and solutions Provide on-site and remote technical support Support in handling projects Provide engineering and application support to the Sales Team Field support for installation and cabling work on-site as necessary Responsible for system setup, testing, and commissioning Prepare service reports and documentation Project management Perform any other technical roles and responsibilities as necessary Requirements: Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in IT, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering Hardworking, willing to learn, and possess a positive attitude Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage Able to work independently Preferably at least 1 year of relevant working experience Ability to communicate in Mandarin with customers and suppliers is preferred Monday to Friday, 5 days a week
