Sales Manager (Underwater Services)

Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities with shipowners, ship managers, charterers, and offshore operators. Promote underwater services including hull cleaning, propeller cleaning, ROV inspections, and biofouling management solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and client meetings to proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to expand service offerings. Advise customers on strategies to improve vessel efficiency, reduce operating costs, enhance CII performance, and comply with environmental regulations. Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to identify new business opportunities. Represent the company at maritime exhibitions, conferences, and networking events. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records while achieving sales targets. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience within the maritime industry. Proven experience selling marine services, technical solutions, or maritime technology to shipowners or ship management companies. Strong understanding of vessel operations, dry docking, hull performance, or marine maintenance will be highly advantageous. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
