Job Description & Requirements Servicing & Maintenance Perform routine commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades of systems onboard vessels Diagnose and resolve electrical related issues Replace worn or damaged components and ensure service readiness of equipment Support robot deployments and operational activities at ports, shipyards, and onboard vessels Ensure robotic systems operate safely, efficiently, and according to company standards Inspection & Performance Assessment Assess performance and operational efficiency Prepare inspection reports with recommendations for preventive maintenance and improvements Identify recurring technical issues and provide feedback to the engineering team Crew Training & Technical Support Train ship crews and customer personnel on robot operation and basic maintenance Conduct onboard demonstrations and practical training sessions Provide technical guidance during deployments and operational use Build positive working relationships with vessel personnel to ensure successful adoption of company solutions Account Management & Customer Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, fleet managers, technical managers, and vessel operators Understand customer operational requirements and recommend suitable technical and service solutions Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve technical and operational issues Support service agreement renewals and identify opportunities for additional deployments and long-term partnerships Collect customer feedback and market insights to support product development and business improvements Demonstrations & Business Support Conduct demonstrations and vessel performance inspections Represent during customer meetings, vessel visits, exhibitions, and industry events Support technical presentations, customer evaluations, and business development activities Reporting & Documentation Prepare detailed service reports, inspection findings, maintenance records, and recommendations Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, technical issues, and operational outcomes Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards Collaboration Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Customer Support, and Business Development teams Provide field feedback to improve product reliability, performance, and customer experience Support continuous improvement of operational procedures and best practices International Travel Travel internationally to customer locations, ports, shipyards, and vessels as required Respond to service interventions, deployments, inspections, demonstrations, and training assignments Represent the company professionally while maintaining the highest standards of customer service
