After Sales Service Manager/Engineer

Overview Our client is a global provider of marine equipment and engineering solutions, supporting commercial vessels, offshore assets, and shipyards worldwide. They are seeking an experienced After Sales Service Manager to lead the regional after-sales service function, ensuring exceptional customer support while driving service growth and operational excellence. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, ship managers, shipyards, offshore operators Act as the primary escalation point for technical and commercial service matters. Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Commercial & Business Development Drive revenue growth through service contracts, Annual Maintenance Agreements (AMAs), Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs), spare parts sales, retrofits, upgrades, and modernization projects. Identify opportunities to expand aftermarket services within existing customer accounts. Work closely with the sales team during equipment handover to ensure a seamless transition into the service phase. Prepare service quotations, maintenance proposals, and contract renewals.
