Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the regional business development strategy in line with the company's growth objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the maritime, offshore, and marine engineering sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with vessel owners, ship management companies, and shipyards Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, vendor registrations, and tender submissions. Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, costing, and profitability analyses to support business growth. Promote the company's products and services while achieving agreed sales and revenue targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to provide valuable market intelligence. Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and equipment databases. Ensure confidentiality of commercial information, pricing, and business strategies. Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client requirements and providing effective technical and commercial solutions. Develop, implement, and improve business processes, office procedures, and operational practices while ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional sales and business development team. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of business development or sales experience within the maritime industry. Proven track record in developing new business and achieving sales targets. Sound commercial acumen with experience preparing costing, pricing, and profitability calculations. Excellent networking, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
