Customer Service Coordinator (Beauty)

Job Responsibilities: Handle daily appointment bookings, rescheduling, cancellations and customer enquiries in a timely & professional manner (Walk-ins, WhatsApp, Social platforms) Follow-up on customers inquiries/appointments and coordinate with relevant teams to minimize waiting time, avoid clashes and ensure smooth daily operations Manage payment transactions and maintain accurate records Ensure reception area are clean and tidy What we’re looking for: Interested in beauty, content creation, and social media Preferably with 1 year of experience in reception/customer service/beauty line Familiar with platforms like Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ⁠Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn ⁠Able to commit to your role and work independently when needed Able to work retail hours in Yishun What we’re offering: Competitive salary based on experience Attractive staff benefits including beauty services Supportive team environment and opportunities for learning 5 days/week How to Apply: WhatsApp to 96161164 Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
