Logistic Admin (Basic Up To $2400 + AWS + Benefits / West / Coy Trpt)

As a Logistics Admin, you'll help make sure the orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time. Responsibilities: Prepare and process warehouse documents Update inventory and stock records accurately Print picking lists, delivery orders and labels Coordinate with warehouse, transport and customer service teams Monitor inbound and outbound shipment documentation Perform data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Handle filing and maintain accurate records Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation Support daily warehouse administrative activities Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor Requirements Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook) Able to perform data entry accurately Good communication and organizational skills Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Experience using a WMS or SAP is an advantage Training will be provided Why Join DKSH At DKSH, we help companies grow in Asia and enable people to perform at their best.
