Store Supervisor

Supervise workers loading, unloading, packing and arranging of warehouse cargo and items, including the handling of return materials. Ensure workers in the store are performing their assigned duties responsibly to ensure the smooth operations and support for the efficient running of projects. Identify operational shortfall, maintenance or repair needs. Report to the Director for warehousing issues in a timely manner. Perform warehouse operations in accordance with internal protocol and techniques. Coordinate logistic support for various project sites, ensuring timely delivery of materials and workers. Ensure fleet management and maintenance. Assist with administration work involved in the stores and purchasing function. Perform Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) activities in store to ensure personal compliance to requirements and highlight any shortcomings. Assist in the monitoring of office building maintenance and housekeeping at store. Assist in application of latest technology to improve operations, including the warehouse management system and time management system to be deployed across the project sites. Operate technology or electronic tools and devices. Any other tasks as assigned by the Company.
