Job Summary Drive business growth by identifying and engaging SME and corporate clients, presenting HR services, and closing sales opportunities in a fully remote, flexible part-time role with uncapped commission. Responsibilities Identify and approach potential SME and corporate clients to generate new business opportunities Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach efforts Conduct introductory calls and meetings to understand client needs and present People Pulse SG’s HR services Prepare accurate quotations and proposals using provided templates to support sales processes Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and advance sales opportunities Close new business deals to meet or exceed sales targets Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and sales activities Work independently to manage sales pipeline and achieve results in a remote environment Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrate confident communication skills when engaging business owners and decision-makers Exhibit self-motivation and results orientation to drive sales performance Possess experience in sales, recruitment, HR, or other customer-facing roles (advantageous but not essential) Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply Other Information Benefits Flexible working hours Fully remote work arrangement Attractive uncapped commission structure CPF contributions Comprehensive onboarding and training Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing Singapore HR consultancy Why Join Us?
