L1 Soc Analyst (Career Changer Welcomed)

Work Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day & Night) Key Responsibilities Monitor SIEM dashboards, security alerts, logs, and event data in real time Perform initial triage and analysis of security incidents Escalate threats or suspicious activities to L2/L3 SOC analysts as per SOP Document incidents, findings, and response actions accurately Conduct basic investigation such as log correlation and event validation Support incident response activities under guidance Track and follow up on open incidents until closure Assist in maintaining SOC documentation, SOPs, and incident records Participate in shift handover briefings to ensure continuity
