Job Summary Participate in the company’s management trainee program by leading and supervising staff, setting and achieving process-driven goals, and fostering high-performance teams through ethical leadership and collaborative problem-solving. Responsibilities Direct and supervise staff to ensure efficient team performance and goal achievement Set aggressive, process-oriented goals and marshal resources to accomplish organizational objectives Apply problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills to overcome challenges and improve outcomes Collaborate effectively with teams to build strong working relationships and drive collective success Challenge conventional solutions by applying creative thinking to improve processes and results Demonstrate and promote ethical behavior in all management activities Exercise strong leadership and sound judgment in hiring and developing high-performance teams Manage staff workload, plan objectives, and organize resources to optimize productivity Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors Work on weekends and public holidays as required Operate effectively in hot and non-air-conditioned environments
