Sales Manager (Beauty Industry)

Job Description & Requirements Working Hours: Monday-Friday 11am-8pm, Weekend and Public Holiday 10am-7pm Location: IMM and Bedok 8 days off per month Key Responsibilities: Ensure the shop opens and closes on time and runs smoothly throughout the day. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and increase revenue. Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management review Education and Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Beauty Industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Ability to speaks mandarin would be an added advantage
