About this role

Responsibilities Strong design and visualisation skills; Able to conceptualist and carry out feasibility studies and support production of concept packages; Prepares tender drawings and material specifications; Liaise and discuss project-relevant issues with Clients, Project Director, external consultants and contractors; Oversees progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues; Liaises and coordinates with Consultants and Contractors; Ensures design quality and meet Authority compliances; Attends site inspections to ensure work site is compliant with and built according to approved plans and design intent; Knowledge application of ABC waters design guidelines. Requirements Graduated with a recognised professional Masters/Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent from a local or foreign university in the list of recognised universities by International Federation of Landscape Architects and/or Board of Architects Singapore; Possesses 2 to 7 years of working experience in relevant field; Proficiency in CAD operation and BIM; Proficiency in graphic software; Proficiency in Softscape is an advantage; Experience in a variety of project types including high profile placemaking, nature theme developments, master planning, urban design, public realm and parks, residential, commercial and mix use; Good interpersonal skills and communication skills; Good presentation skills is an advantage; Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, with ability to think and work independently and confidently.
