Dental Surgery Assistant

Join Our Team as a Dental Assistant! We are looking for a motivated and caring Dental Assistant to join our friendly dental team. Key Responsibilities: Assist dental surgeon(s) in all forms of dental treatment. Attend to all patients seeking treatments and/or making inquiries at the clinic promptly and courteously. Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of the clinic and treatment room. Maintain dental equipment and instruments in good working condition. Discharge patients by dispensing medication, collecting payment, and scheduling of next appointment. Send, receive and monitor cases that are sent to the dental laboratory. Ensure a high standard of infection control Attend to enquiries from various platform WhatsApp, social media, and phone calls into appointments and clinic visits Guide patients through their first visit and consultation process, ensuring a smooth experience Present treatment plans and support case acceptance through clear explanation of procedures and costs Handle financial discussions including payment options and arrangements Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation in the system Maintain tracking sheets and monitor enquiry-to-conversion performance Coordinate follow-up appointments and ensure continuity of care Work closely with dentist and all team members to support overall patient journey and outcomes Requirements: Positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication and interpersonal skills Relevant experience of 1-2 years is preferred If you are passionate about healthcare and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you! 5 days work week, (weekday + weekend) Conducive working environment
