Job Summary Support podiatrists by assisting in patient care and treatments, preparing treatment rooms, maintaining accurate records, performing basic cashiering, and ensuring clinic cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities Assist podiatrists in delivering patient care and treatment procedures to support effective clinical outcomes Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipment to ensure readiness and safety for patient appointments Maintain accurate patient records using clinic systems to support continuity of care and compliance Perform basic cashiering duties to process patient payments efficiently and accurately Assist with administrative tasks to support clinic operations and patient service Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment to maintain hygiene standards and a welcoming atmosphere Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting to facilitate smooth adaptation to healthcare workflows Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members Fluency in English to communicate clearly with patients and staff; ability to communicate in additional languages is a plus for enhanced patient engagement Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage records and clinic tasks accurately Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to support clinic functions Compassionate and patient-focused attitude to provide empathetic care Availability to work 5.5 days or 44 hours per week to meet clinic scheduling needs Other Information Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $2,000 to $3,000 per month Staff medical and dental benefits Monthly pantry benefits Convenient location next to MRT Friendly working environment Training provided at Orchard branch with a progressive career pathway from Healthcare Assistant to Clinic Manager Welcome candidates with no prior experience; basic training provided Performance bonus Employee discount on products and medicine How to Apply For faster response, candidates are invited to send their resume on WhatsApp +65 8886 7078.
