Job Summary You will manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records to support the company’s financial operations and reporting. Responsibilities Verify, classify, compute, post, and record general ledger, accounts receivables, and accounts payables transactions daily to ensure accurate financial data Prepare full sets of accounts for various entities to maintain comprehensive financial records Perform credit control activities for accounts receivables to manage outstanding payments and reduce credit risk Process accounts payable payments accurately and timely to maintain good vendor relationships Monitor inventory movement and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate stock records Prepare fixed asset schedules and balance sheet schedules to support financial reporting and audits Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate and report financial information Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial data and reporting Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple financial tasks efficiently Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an added advantage Other Information Please forward your resume to florencetam@drwhohub.com.
