Restaurant Waiter / Waitress (Full-Time & Part-Time) Job Summary The Restaurant Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by providing a welcoming dining experience, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness within the restaurant. Key Responsibilities Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring excellent customer service. Prepare and set up dining tables before service. Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area. Handle customer enquiries and resolve minor service issues. Process customer payments accurately. Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards. Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager. Requirements Previous F&B experience is an advantage but not required. Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a willingness to learn. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
