Project Supervisor (On-Site)

Job Overview Dropoff Logistic Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive and hands-on Project Supervisor (On-Site) to oversee daily site operations, coordinate manpower, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This role requires someone who is able to lead teams on-site, solve operational issues quickly, and work closely with clients, subcontractors, and the operations team. A valid Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence is a mandatory requirement for this position. Working Hours Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Additional hours may be required based on project needs. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily on-site operations. Lead and manage site workers, drivers, and subcontractors. Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Coordinate deliveries, equipment, and manpower deployment. Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize project delays. Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation. Ensure proper care and usage of company vehicles, equipment, and tools. Drive Class 4 vehicles when required for operational support. Requirements Valid Singapore Class 4 Driving License (Mandatory). Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision, logistics, construction, or project operations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Able to work independently and make decisions under pressure. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. Familiar with workplace safety practices. Physically fit and willing to work on-site. Preferred Qualifications Experience supervising logistics, construction, or infrastructure projects. Knowledge of project coordination and manpower planning.
