Designed by award-winning drummer Er Chow Kiat, our curriculum caters to students of all levels, with lessons tailored to each individual's learning pace - whether it's mastering a new song, preparing for graded examinations, or breaking down complex grooves and rhythmic patterns. At Drum Tutor, we’re passionate about redefining drum education. By integrating technology and exploring innovative teaching methods, we ensure that our students enjoy an engaging, effective, and forward-thinking learning experience. Job Description Teach and manage approximately up to 35 students per week Prepare students for grading examinations, recitals, and performances Conduct engaging lessons for children aged 4 years old and above Manage branch scheduling, student enquiries, and invoice payments Update daily and weekly reports Perform other ad-hoc duties as require Requirements Diploma or Degree in any field (Music-related qualifications are an advantage). Preferably certified Grade 5–8 in Drums (Piano as a secondary instrument is a bonus). Passionate about teaching and working with students of different age groups. Able to commit to a 4–5 day work week, including weekends. Flexible with scheduling and able to meet lesson and administrative deadlines. Willing to be deployed to current and future outlet locations.
