Executive - Contract Logistics/Scm, Operations

Responsibilities Assist Operations Manager in overseeing the operations, which include warehousing and customer service functions. Ensure activities performed are adhere to ISO, GDPMDS, 5S standards. Lead a team of warehouse and administration personnel to ensure that services provided meet customer's requirements and expectations. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring to ensure program targets are met. Analyze performance and activity indicators to identify improvement opportunities. Control and manage purchases, headcount and overtime. Process mapping for new or changed business requirements. Drive for cost savings and productivity initiatives for customers. Identify and schedule training for warehouse and administration personnel. Ensure staff adhere strictly to operational procedures. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations / customer service. Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning. Detail oriented, analytical and innovative. Adaptable to fast-moving work environment.
