Fund Operations Executive

As Fund Operations Executive, you will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Company. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational activities of the Company's investment funds and managed accounts, ensuring accurate operational oversight, timely fund reporting, reconciliation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of fund operations, supporting operational due diligence, and ensuring compliance with the Company's internal controls and regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Fund Operations Support the day-to-day operational activities of the Company's investment funds, segregated managed accounts and related investment structures. Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, banks, brokers, auditors and other external service providers to ensure operational matters are completed accurately and on time. Maintain proper operational records and supporting documentation relating to the Company's investment funds. Support fund launches, new investment structures and ongoing operational initiatives. Fund Administration Oversight Coordinate with appointed fund administrators to ensure monthly fund reporting and operational deliverables are received in a timely manner. Review NAV reports, investor reports and fund operational reports prepared by the appointed fund administrator for completeness, consistency and operational reconciliation purposes. Assist in reconciling fund reports against supporting operational records and escalate discrepancies where appropriate. Monitor fund reporting timelines and coordinate with relevant service providers to ensure reporting obligations are met. Support the preparation and review of periodic management and investor reports. Fund Operations Support Services Support operational oversight services provided by the Company to external investment funds and managed accounts. Coordinate with investment managers, fund administrators and other service providers to facilitate the timely flow of operational information. Assist in monitoring fund operational processes to ensure reporting standards and agreed service levels are maintained. Support operational due diligence and ongoing monitoring of underlying investment funds where required. Compliance & Operational Support Support ongoing operational monitoring in accordance with internal policies, fund documentation and applicable regulatory requirements. Assist with KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS and other operational due diligence matters where required. Support internal and external audits by providing operational information and documentation. Escalate operational issues, reporting exceptions and reconciliation discrepancies to management in a timely manner. Coordination & Stakeholder Management Liaise with the Investment Team, Compliance, Finance, Legal, fund administrators, custodians, auditors and other external service providers on operational matters. Coordinate subscription, redemption, capital call and investor servicing processes where required. Participate in operational projects and process improvement initiatives. Perform such other duties as may reasonably be assigned by management from time to time. Notes The successful candidate is expected to develop and maintain a working knowledge of Cayman Islands Segregated Portfolio Company (SPC) structures, Singapore Variable Capital Company (VCC) structures, fund administration and NAV reporting processes, fund accounting principles and operational reconciliation. The successful candidate should possess strong analytical and organisational skills, demonstrate attention to detail, and be able to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders within a regulated fund management environment.
