1. Product Design & User Research UX/UI Strategy: Translate user feedback into functional product requirements optimized for high-stress environments. 2. Framework Mastery & Training (Train-the-Trainer) Knowledge Transfer: Act as the primary trainer, upskilling both the core Singpass team and future onboarded users on the IMAG framework and the practical usage of the IRM platform. 3. Procurement, Finance & Vendor Management Vendor Operations: Lead coordination with the enterprise platform vendor support team to advocate for new features, track deliverables, and monitor the resolution of security vulnerabilities. 4. Stakeholder & Compliance Management Security & Compliance: Ensure the platform rigorously adheres to GCC+ and GDC security standards throughout its 12-month pilot lifecycle. 5. Incident Response Support Be part of the team that supports the central incident response command in providing platform operation and analytics to the Incident Director What We Are Looking For The Hybrid Profile: A strong background in Product Design/UX combined with the administrative discipline required to handle government procurement and financial processes. Domain Expertise: Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, Incident Management, or major Observability platforms is a significant plus, but a strong willingness to learn is mandatory. Training Aptitude: Comfort or experience in a training/instructional capacity, with the ability to simplify complex technical frameworks into digestible training modules. Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical constraints into clear user stories and commercial requirements for diverse stakeholders. Agility & Drive: Demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end product delivery in an ambiguous, fast-moving, and high-impact pilot environment.
