Automotive Service Advisor

Position: Automotive Service Advisor Salary: $2,400 - $2,700 + Incentives + OT Working Hours / Days: 8.00am - 6.30pm (Mon - Fri) / 8.00am - 12.30pm (Alt Sat Off) Responsibilities: Ensure overall customer satisfaction with Aftersales service Execute the core processes for company's service activities Oversee and supervise the work of the team's technicians and ensure that they work in an efficient and professional manner Liaise with other departments in ensuring that customers' needs are met (On time delivery, customer treatment, quality of repair, reasonable cost etc) Provide initiative to ensure smooth and efficient operations Ad hoc duties as and when assigned Requirements: At least 2 years of related working experience in Service Centres / Authorised Workshop handling Continental automobiles Min Diploma or Advance Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent Strong technical knowledge in Continental / European vehicles Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines Able to work on weekends and commit to OT Posses VALID Class 3 driving license HOW TO APPLY: We would like to invite interested applicants to click on the “APPLY NOW” button We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
