Unlike a traditional agency recruitment role, this position focuses on candidate sourcing, candidate management and servicing existing client accounts. Business development is not required. Working closely with our Business Development team, you'll manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through to successful placement while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping Source and attract quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, social media, referrals and proactive headhunting. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements. Conduct market mapping to identify high-potential candidates across the healthcare sector. Continuously grow candidate networks within assigned specialisations. Candidate Management Screen, interview and assess candidates based on skills, experience and career aspirations. Prepare candidate profiles and recommendations for client presentation. Coach candidates on interview preparation and career opportunities. Maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process. Build long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities. Recruitment Coordination Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates. Manage interview scheduling and follow-up. Collect and communicate feedback promptly. Facilitate salary negotiations and employment offers. Coordinate onboarding activities and pre-employment documentation. Account Servicing Partner closely with existing clients to understand hiring requirements. Ensure timely delivery of quality candidates. Maintain excellent client relationships through responsive communication and recruitment support. Work collaboratively with Business Development Consultants to fulfil recruitment assignments. Recruitment Administration Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS. Ensure recruitment activities comply with company processes and regulatory requirements. Track recruitment progress and achieve hiring KPIs. Requirements Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Prior recruitment experience is an advantage, though training will be provided for candidates without experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments. Passion for connecting people with career opportunities.
