About the role We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Project & Administrative Executive to support business operations, management reporting, and strategic initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional administrative responsibilities and offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management on project coordination, business reporting, and operational improvement initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are well-coordinated, management materials are professionally prepared, and business priorities are executed efficiently. Key responsibilities Support management in coordinating and tracking business initiatives, projects, and operational priorities. Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, reports, and proposal materials for management meetings, client presentations, and tender submissions. Consolidate and analyse operational data to support business reporting and decision-making. Monitor project timelines, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Assist in preparing business proposals, executive summaries, and presentation materials. Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting materials, record minutes, and monitor follow-up actions. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather information and ensure smooth coordination of deliverables. Maintain organised documentation, project trackers, and reporting records. Provide administrative and operational support to management, including ad hoc business initiatives and special projects. About you Minimum 2 years of experience in business support, administration, project coordination, executive support, or a similar role. Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline. Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to prepare professional presentations and reports. Excellent organisational, analytical, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
