Food Lab Assistant

Job Description: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Food Laboratory. Prepare ingredients and materials for Food &Nutrition practical lessons. Clean and maintain food lab equipment, appliances, and workstations. Monitor and replenish food supplies, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Conduct regular stock checks and inventory of food lab items. Label, organize, and maintain food storage areas and equipment. Support Food & Nutrition practical lessons and afternoon cooking programmes. Assist in school events and activities involving the Food Laboratory. Ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized learning environment for students. Requirements: Basic certification in Food Preparation and Food Safety. Good command of spoken and written English. Minimum 2 years of experience in culinary, food preparation, or a related field. Experience in inventory, store management, and stock organization. Able to work independently and maintain a clean, safe, and organized food laboratory
