Job Summary We are hiring a temporary Content Producer / Learning Content Designer to transform training materials into clear, professional learning assets including slides, videos, infographics, and visuals for a Singapore-based public sector project. Responsibilities Convert training materials and storyboards into clear, learner-friendly PowerPoint slides and visual assets Design polished PowerPoint decks with strong layout, hierarchy, and visual consistency to enhance learner engagement Edit short training videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software to produce professional-quality content Create infographics, diagrams, and supporting visuals to complement slides and videos effectively Follow scripts, storyboards, and learning objectives accurately to ensure content alignment Revise and improve learning assets based on structured feedback while meeting production deadlines Handle all project materials with confidentiality and professionalism Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience with Articulate Storyline or Rise for e-learning content development Instructional design or storyboard creation experience to support content structuring Skills in motion graphics or simple animation to enhance visual learning assets Other Information Contract details: Duration: about 3 months Location: Work from Home (WFH) Work arrangement: Wir (presumed typo, original text retained) Start date: To be confirmed Pay: Based on experience and portfolio Application requirements: CV/resume Portfolio link or work samples including training slides, e-learning materials, decks, videos, infographics, or other visual learning assets Earliest start date Expected hourly rate Applications without relevant portfolio or samples may not be shortlisted.
