Key Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting procurement administrative matters with compliance tracking Ensure proper documentation, maintain and update filing system regularly in a detailed and organized manner Communicate with Project Manager and contract administrator regarding contractual documentation and insurance Assist and facilitate administrative preparation for quarterly meeting Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and contract related duties Track authorization and correspondence Prepare contract summaries or reports in accordance with company or regulatory requirements Requirements: Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records Able to work independently with little supervision and strong attention to detail Knowledge and ability in the use of computer and software applications (eg. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) Ability to use discretion and keep sensitive financial related information confidential Ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced work environment Ability to exercise initiative and liaise with external parties regarding documentation Good command of verbal and written communication skills
