About this role
Process sales orders, quotations, delivery schedules, and invoices. Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Monitor order status and ensure smooth fulfilment. Coordinate with customers and internal departments (logistics, production, warehouse) on sales orders and delivery arrangements. Resolve operational issues related to order processing and delivery. Supervise and guide junior admin sales coordinator staff in daily operations. Job Requirements: O level with 3–5 years of relevant experience. Experience in invoicing and order processing is required. Ability to coordinate across multiple departments (customers, logistics, production, warehouse). Supervisory experience is an advantage. 5 day work week.
