Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and direct construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality delivery. Job Description: Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans Manage construction activities, including site supervision. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor forces. Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks. Ensure project documentation and records are maintained. Conduct regular site inspections. Identify and address defects or deficiencies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Min 5 years of construction management experience Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
