Tender / Contracts Manager (Maincon – A1 | Industrial Development Tender Projects)

Established A1 Main Contractor Basic $7,500 - $9,000 Working location: Headquarters (North-East Singapore) Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 6pm) Job Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions for building and construction projects Review tender drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, and contract documents Perform quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and pricing evaluations Source, evaluate, and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers Prepare tender costing sheets, commercial proposals, and cost build-ups Identify discrepancies in tender documents and raise clarification queries when required Coordinate with internal teams including design, planning, procurement, project, and M&E departments Review tender requirements, contractual conditions, and commercial risks Participate in value engineering and cost optimization exercises Monitor tender schedules and ensure timely submission of proposals Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors on tender matters Attend tender interviews, negotiations, and post-tender clarifications when required Support tender handover and project transition upon award Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Tendering, or Pre-Contract functions Experience with main contractors will be highly preferred Candidates with exposure to industrial, commercial, institutional, residential, mixed-use, or building construction projects are welcome to apply Good understanding of tendering processes, cost estimation, and subcontractor management Candidates are encouraged to apply this position via Apply Now button with the following information in the resume • Work experiences and job responsibilities • Current and Expected salary • Reason for leaving • Date of availability • Education background We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
