Application Engineer (Automation / SCADA / Electrical)

Salary Range: $3500 to $5500 + AWS+ VB Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression Working location: North-east Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm Job Responsibilities: Provide technical support and application solutions for SCADA, PLC, industrial automation, electrical and integrated system projects. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation and control system solutions. Prepare technical proposals, system architecture, quotations and engineering documentation. Review project specifications, drawings and tender documents. Support system design, configuration and engineering development. Work closely with the Sales and Project teams during pre-sales and project implementation. Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle. Support system testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and technical issue resolution. Prepare technical reports, manuals and project documentation. Evaluate new technologies and recommend suitable engineering solutions. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or related discipline. Experience in PLC, SCADA, HMI, industrial automation, control systems, electrical engineering or system integration will be an advantage. Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, Ethernet/IP or Profinet is a plus. Able to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Candidate without experience but with strong interest in automation and control systems are welcome to apply.
